Return & Refund Policy

At Medicaid Made Simple LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality consulting and support services to help individuals and families navigate Medicaid, Special Assistance, and related benefits in North Carolina.

Because our services involve personalized time, guidance, and administrative support, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for services once they have been initiated or delivered.

Refund Eligibility

In rare cases, a partial refund may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The service was purchased but never initiated (e.g., the client canceled prior to intake or any work being completed).

  • A duplicate payment was made for the same service.

  • A clerical error on our part resulted in incorrect billing.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Missed appointments.

  • Dissatisfaction due to program denial or outcome (as decisions are made by NC DHHS, not our agency).

  • Services that have already been performed, such as document preparation, application submission, or consultations.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please submit a written request within 7 calendar days of your payment date.

Your refund request must include:

  • Full name

  • Date of service

  • Amount paid

  • Reason for refund
